Research: My career goal is to be a school social worker. It is my interest to increase the retention and completion rates of Chicano/Latino students, especially those of migrant/farm- working backgrounds. I wish to serve as a role model to other Chicano/Latino students to pursue a postsecondary degree. Please provide any information related to migrant education, bilingual education, and/or statistics of retention and completion for these populations.
